Ultrasn0w 1.2.1 also fixes the no signal bar issue resulting because of untethered iOS 4.3.1 jailbreak. If you are on compatible baseband and require carrier unlock then go ahead and install Ultrasn0w 1.2.1 and get it unlocked. Warning : At any cost don't update to iOS 4.3.1 without preserving baseband. You must use PwnageTool 4.3 or Sn0wbreeze 2.5 to jailbreak iOS 4.3.1 untethered with preserve baseband option.
