Apple iPad 2 review

 

 

Apple's iPad 2 just went on sale in the Middle East and we' ready to bring you our verdict. Is it much better than iPad 1? Sure it is but many of you would not notice much difference in performance. It has faster processor, faster graphics and more RAM, and you will see a difference in regular apps, but not so much that you will just absolutely have to have the second generation. Where you really will see a difference though is 3D games and processing intensive apps (of which there are few, to be honest). The video camera is nice to have but don't expect any great still shots. Front-facing camera works well for video calls, even though FaceTime is not installed on official stock in UAE and KSA and the service is blocked as well. Pricing starts at Dhs 2,149 for the 16GB Wi-Fi model.
